But then again, Over rated means you're burned out. When you're burned out, it means you made it. So, yes, GaGa made it and then some, so YES. She is over rated

Of course she is. I liked her during The Fame/ Monster era, but some people tried to make her seem like she is the next biggest thing since Jesus.

She is a little overrated , but she started (and The Black Eyed Peas) with all the **** of dance/electro pop music that we are sunk into. Because this genre wasn't commercially successful when she got into the music industry. And you can't deny it (I see all those Gaga haters saying that she didn't start with the dance music trend).

Plus... Most of the most successful pop singers are overrated.

EXTREMELY overrated. but we still like her.

The thing that puts her ahead of the other artists of her time is that she is notably talented, but most of all, image is very beneficial to her career. She became more of a phenomenon because of her crazy image. Musically, "Just Dance" and "Poker Face" weren't all that above the stuff that was released by Katy Perry, Rihanna or even Ke$ha in recent history, especially "Just Dance," which is probably one of the most generic hits of this time. Image helped her a lot in her career, whether folks want to admit it or not.

Not really. Her voice is diverse. It constantly changes. She made a name for herself with fashion so if "ANYONE CAN BE HER" then they come off as trig to be like her. She's a hard effing worker and she never was a dancer. For her to dance and sing live without being as shaky as most artists is amazing. To say she's overrated is plain out stupid.

She clearly is but I guess it's the price of being successful
