Yes, labels and managers always report albums shipped (because that's what truly matters to them) but shipping almost 2.5 million extra copies when it had shipped 5 million just 4-5 weeks after release (when at that point it had only sold around 3) makes zero sense. It still hasn't even sold 5.
Labels/managers lie all the time. Look at Beyonce.
