He looks real tired there, perhaps he looked 'better' before his performance, I assume this was afterwards.... lol that's the first time I've ever seen Dennis Rodman actually, I remember a reference to him in Bedazzled but that was it.
There's another black man who dresses as a woman famous in the US whose really famous and looks really fabulous actually, or at least has great personality like Lily Savage, I can't remember his name though. He generally wears a blonde wig but that's all the help I can be lol.
