Run For Your Life has greatly grown on me, first listen I wasn't to certain of it. Love it now but.

Does anyone else think 'Run For Your Life' will flop?

There doesn't seem to be much hype around it. One Direction and Cher Lloyd seem to be overshadowing him.

I will give a listen to this album when it is released though. I didn't even listen to one song off Joe McElderry's album.

I would be extremely surprised if Run For Your Life doesn't hit #1.

I like the song now. At first I didn't, but it's actually quality pop. I just don't know why his vocals are so whiny. I'll give this album a chance and I hope he did a good job cause I'd hate to see Simon dump him like he dumped Joe.

Yeah I guess I would be surprised too, but look at Joe McElderry. Yes, his song was awful and incredibly cheesy, but even with a performance on X Factor he only reached #6.

Matt's song is much much better but, like Joe, I don't see where his fanbase is going to come from, which he is going to need to have good album sales and longevity.

Joe isn't the same type of artist that Matt is though. his song was awful in every way and he had a very small fanbase. He doesn't have the same appeal that Matt has, and Matt came in top in every single week on X Factor, he has a huge following already. his music isn't typical commercial music like most other XF artists (though I'm not saying it's not commercial) put out. But, if he isn't careful he could lose a chunk of it. he'a already making comments about how he wants to distance himself from the X Factor, which isn't good.

Gym Class Heroes and Joe Jonas. I can't see either of them getting the second X-Factor spot either

90 second previews on itunes store.. I'm guessing Run was the first single because it was written by Gary Barlow, since most of the album ***** on it

I don't like how he starts to sound like James Blunt on some tracks (mainly because I hate James Blunt )

And some tracks sound too similar to each other but it isn't as bad as I expected after hearing the first single.
