But the most uplifting song I've heard is "I Believe In You (Je Crois En Toi)" by Celine Dion & Il Divo. I get so inspired by that song. Also, "I Look To You" and "I Didn't Know My Own Strength" by Whitney Houston. The lyrics maybe so cliche but I can relate so much to their meanings. These are the songs that take me to another level of emotion whenever I listen to them. I just feel relieved after listening to them.

When I'm down I listen to Rihanna's "Rated R", specifically songs like "Russian Roulette", "The Last Song", and "Cold Case Love". They make me cry because they're relate-able to me. Everytime I get a good cry, I always seem to feel better. I also listen to a lot of Linkin' Park's "Hybrid Theory", Mariah Carey, and Michael Jackson. Usually when I'm in those types of moods, my emotions are all over the place and it takes many different types of music to cheer me up. I usually cry, motivate myself, and end up laughing and dancing.
Along with music, Jose Ceurvo, french fries, ice cream, potato chips, and lounging around watching my favorite movies like "Love and Basketball" and "Finding Nemo" usually does the trick. If all of that fails, there's always shopping and treating myself to pedis/manis.
