My roommate was listening to Ke$ha's 'Sleazy' but all I could hear was the instrumental instead of her voice and for some reason it made me think of Lady Gaga's unreleased song 'Out of Control.'

While Ke$ha's song is more upbeat (and actually a complete recording) I felt the instrumentals to the two songs are similar. I was just wondering if anyone else felt there were any comparisons?

Now I'm not saying that there was any copying going on here (that's not what this thread was for, nor do I mean to shade anyone). This is purely a discussion thread to see if anyone else got similar tea from the beat/instrumental.

They have that drum sound and that's the only thing I can see similar. Sleazy goes hard to this day, tho.

Yes, there's the drum which sounds very similar in both. I don't know...I just get the same vibe from both songs but maybe I'm the only one.

I noticed this the first time I heard Sleazy. They sound very much a like. Just as the breakdown in Judas reminds me of Cannibal

Yeah, Bangledesh drums have been like that for years.

Bangladesh and Darkchild have always had some overlap in their styles, especially with songs around this tempo.
