Great news, Collide is an amazing song - I don't understand why it get's so much hate. It isn't really that drastic of a change for Leona (Outta My Head?) & still manages to show-off her stunning vocal ability.
As much as I am a Leona stan, I agree the chart is irrelevant, and usually flops do really well on the Dance chart.
This is true, but completely irrelevant to this single. How can a song that isn't even released be a flop?
When's the last time a non-single went #1 on this chart? Or any chart?
"California King Bed", "Who Says", and even Kat DeLuna and Alexis Jordan's flop singles reached number one this year.
Anyone can literally make number one there. Wynter Gordon, Charice, Erika Jayne, Chris Willis, Kreesha Turner, Goldfrapp, Lola, Kristine W, etc. If you're unfamiliar with some of these artists, then my point is proven.
