If you accumulate only those 2 or 3 points that last 2 to 3 months, come back you'll still have those points for another month, act up a fool and rack up 10 more before the others expire then you get hit with the permaban

I have never had 0 WP after returning from a ban.

Thanks Shame. Some warnings, depending on how egregious they are, last anywhere from two-five months.

It was bound to happen eventually. I noticed you've been posting more frequent.

Because warnings that are over 1 point last for two months or longer.

If you get banned for five trolling posts = 10 points, when you come back you would still have all 10 since they take 60 days to expire. Then if you got another 10 you'd be permabanned.

Points expire, stop being a drama queen. I've received like 20 warning points, but all at different times. They expire. Get over it.
