Remember that thread Sammi made about her next album? She doesn't necessarily need a break. Gaga didn't take one. Some artists love making music, why take a break away from what you love?
Dr. Luke works with A LOT of other artists, so that fact that she is working with him doesn't necessarily mean it'll be Katy's song. I'm not sure about Tricky though.
