Anyway, I voted for "Okay," although I use both depending on context. "OK" always seems more informal to me.

I voted for 'OK" - but I NEVER actually write it with both letters in caps like that because I think it looks kinda retarded.

I think 'Okay' makes it look like you're trying too hard. To me its like 'donut' vs 'doughnut'. 'Doughnut' just looks stupid.
