I was there for Out of the Box and PB&J Otter. After those shows, I moved onto better channels.

I think Lizzie McGuire did, it was the beginning of everything. Hilary Duff paved the way for so many Disney Channel stars.

I would say That's So Raven.
This show brought back children sitcoms which led Hannah Montana. Also Raven helped to make Cheetah Girls a success which led to High School Musical.

Lizzie became a classic for the Disney channel and it was huge in the states and it was big in other places too but Hannah Montana was a phenomenom, no doubt about it.
