Wow.. even Frankie has better vocals now, is she ill or something? she used to be the best vocalist of the band.

Thing is, I've always felt like Una and Rochelle had more pleasant/enjoyable voices than Vanessa, and I never fully understood how she slipped into that lead vocalist role. And basically, I'd love to just get rid of Vanessa and turn this into a foursome. Her personality is a bit annoying and she's so stumpy and Snooki-esque that she sorta ruins the visual aspect of the group for me.

And aesthetically, she doesn't fit. The one time they performed without her, they looked so clean and sharp and ... tall. Let's keep that up. They can always draft someone else in to do the tough bits.
