X17 EXCLUSIVE - The Voice Producers Plan To Fire Christina Aguilera

While Aguilera is under contract for season two, a source close to the show tells us bosses are not happy to be stuck with her and they plan on replacing her for season three. Said our source:
"She doesn't spend time with her contestants like she's supposed to. She doesn't participate. She spends most of her time on the set with her boyfriend."
AND we hear she is doing some drinking on the job. But, our source tells us this is part of the on-set culture -- we're told Adam Levine and Blake Shelton frequently take shots while filming to loosen up.
Earlier this year, The Voice host Carson Daly said the show would succeed without its original coaches. "This show is bigger than any of its coaches or the host," he said. "This show will live on in perpetuity with many a star in those chairs."
Reps for Aguilera and The Voice have yet to return requests for comment.
Aguilera made $225,000 per episode for Season 1 of the hit show.

Um, and why would producers want to get rid of a popular star on their hugely successful series?

Hmm.
So according to X17, Aguilera basically doesn’t do her job and will be fired… but not until next year?
This all sounds like the type of nonsense that would be spouted by a site so clueless it thinks Aguilera and Samantha Ronson are dating.
Of course, it’s 100% wrong.
A rep for Aguilera tells Gossip Cop the report is “completely false.”
Meanwhile, a source close to the celebrity coach laughed off the bogus X17 claims about Aguilera supposedly not spending time with her singers, sharing that some of them even came to Aguilera’s home for extra tutelage.
Apparently she has a 2 year contract and the first year just ended, so it'll be awhile before we see if this is totally true or not. From what we know about Aguilera, if this actually isn't true, I'm know she'll find a way to make it true with her amazing people skills.
That would really suck for her. She could really use the show as a platform for her new music when it gets here as people won't be automatically buy like they would with Lady Gaga Katy Perry etc
