On twitter she tweeted that the album was not pushed back because they've never set an actual release date, they only estimated and predicted. Im guessing they're setting an actual date now.

I really wish that she could get from out of her contract deal with the the label she's currently signed to. They have held this girl for hostage for years, but at least she's finally getting a record out.
