Well, first of all, if someone were to threaten death on another member, that is pretty damn pathetic.
Secondly, I would say that he or she should probably be permabanned; a person who makes an online death threat can actually be legally prosecuted - I wouldn't want to see this site get into any legal trouble.
Do you guys take the **** that goes down here THAT seriously? I mean if someone wishes my death in a forum, i would give two big fat ****s about it.

Yes. Though, cyberbullying is illegal in some places, if I remember correctly. But there is a difference between threatening and wishing. If you said you were going to track somebody down and murder them, then yes, you could be prosecuted for that. If you said that you hope somebody dies of *insert illness*, then I'm not sure how legal/illegal that is. But NHB clearly warns you of what to expect in there.
Thanks to the anonymity on the internet, people are huge badasses all of a sudden and say things like that in order to try and compensate for their real lives in which they are probably stomped upon by other people and are unable to defend themselves.
