If Gaga did a Jazz album it would be a sideproject like how celebrities do christmas albums or Greatest Hits. It would not be treated or marketed as the next big album. Besides Gaga has a massive and loyal fanbase that will purchase the album solely because Gaga is in the name. Look at that Tony Bennet album and the collaboration with Gaga has a huge amount of preorders. At most I could maybe see her release one single off the hypothetical album.
Personally if she did a Jazz album, I'd hope she would do a lot of stripped down versions of some of her songs. EoG, Hair, BTW, Bad Romance, Y&I, Poker Face, Speechless and DITD I think would sound great if she made and sold a Jazz/Acoustic version of them on the album. Add in Living on the Radio(Jazz style) and a few other original tracks along with a cover of Orange Colored Sky and it would be a nice side album meant for her fans and it would also appeal to a different kind of audience.
+1
Yes good idea!

I know I always get made fun of in school for saying that Gaga's body is the type of body that I usually look for in a girl. They think she's far too thin
Do you want to kill her career off for good? If she wants her career to be long and move forward she needs to avoid releasing Scheibe (doesn't fit with the way music is moving forward - too over produced), Goverment hooker (will not get played on the radio), Bloody mary (too religious - will get compared to Madonna) are not the way to. She needs to move away from the shock tactics...she knows this....she's a great musician and singer but some of her provocative acts make people dismiss her as an attention *****. She wants more than this.
Example:
You would think Lady Gaga stans/fans would stop trying to predict her success when it comes to singles. You and I was THE FLOP of the album and Judas was THE HIT. Now lets not discuss what could flop and what could be great. If she gives me a groundbreaking video or performance to Bloody Mary I don't give a ChristinaAguilera if it flops. Okurr??

I doubt the jazz album. I think an acoustic album with some jazz track will be safer for her.
I'd like to see her do both during her career. I am a big fan of jazz music, and I'd love an entire album of it from her, to see what sort of things she can do.
I love The Queen now.. It was my least favorite track on the album. Now it's Highway Unicorn.
The second half of the song is.. something.. so.. pure. One of the highlights on the album.
