Yes, there might be a re-release. Nothing has been confirmed yet.

If you go to the singles section on the Katy Perry wiki it says a promo CD is being released in October. October 25th? Isn't that what it said in "Making of Last Friday Night" video? and yeah that is Katy's Birthday, but she's making a big deal about birthdays recently...(Teenage Dream One Year Birthday, Freddie Mercury's Birthday) idk just my thoughts.
If there is a new single, it won't be from TD imo. Somebody would have confirmed it like a DJ or someone who's working on the remixes. I have a feeling we're gonna get a re-release.
