She could've kept her mouth shut and her opinions to herself. If she didn't like the flower, then she didn't like the flower. She didn't have to be rude about it.

I don't see the big deal with the Madonna situation to be quite honest. Someone care to explain why she was being dragged? She took the flowers, said thank you, and went on about her business. Why is that such a big deal?
It's just plain rude. If you get a present from someone, you don't express your loathing for it within 5 seconds of them leaving your company...
Somebody gave her flowers that she loathes, and she said thank you, and then once the fan/person left...she was talking about how much she hates them and making faces and ****.
.
.. so magical 
It just seemed so intimate & special.
