YA! Carrie hasn't even been in the Game since last October & is still nominated! She'll easily win that award & if she doesn't.. hell will break loose.. I will go to the CMA office myself & show videos why Carrie deserves to have that award.

Carrie not winning ****. It'll either go to Taylor or Sars (for some reason, Country radio has supported her comeback). Carrie's in fourth place.
of course it was never about vocals. its just the name of the award. if it was just about vocals Faith Hill and Martina McBride would have swept every other year. until Carrie arrived. Its bascially a best female award. who had the better year.
Kinda like the Grammys. Most people think Best VOCAL Performance is about who sings best, which does play a part in most wins, but it's really about the artist more than the vocal performance in some cases.
You guys are right.. If it really was about vocal performance these awards Carrie would of won every year since she debuted at the CMAs.. & same goes for Grammys, the fact that Just A Dream lost to White House really makes me question these "vocal" awards.
I'm suprised martina got a nomination over reba since she's been having a worse era than her this year, i expect that she'll get a tribute anyway like barbara mandrell did in 2009 since she recently joined the Country Hall of fame
And it's nice to see Jason and kelly getting nominated as well.
