ATRL: Do you ever look through old threads?

This may be a weird question but in the past few months, I've done it so many times..

Have you guys ever gone through very very old threads on ATRL? Like.. 2009 or earlier? Things that are ancient and have been closed forever?

In the past months I've gone to some of my favorite albums' threads, like Fergie 'The Dutchess', Ashlee Simpson 'Bittersweet World', Katy Perry 'One of The Boys' and seeing how people first reacted to their leaked songs, music video releases, etc.. and then seeing how your favorite songs from the album performed in the game survivors. It's also very interesting to see how many members from the past are still active today.

Yes I do. It's weird looking at old threads because back then no used any ATRL lingo and no one posted GIFs.

Very true. Also for how a lot of the pictures, videos, and avatars (well, only for the old members) don't work.

Either they got deleted, taken off Youtube or whatnot.

Also the album survivors weren't as big or decorative/good-looking as they are today.

Yes, things were crazy in their own way. Shade has always existed in the ATRL world, no doubt.

You should have. ATRL was much funner back then. There was no thread reporting, you were aloud to express your opinions without getting warned. We were aloud to change are usernames anytime we wanted to. The blogs and the music countdown sections were more active back then too.

I was scrolling through so many pages about an hour ago

It's always fun to see leaked songs and how you guys loved them and stuff.. and the reaction to Outta My Head. I didn't even like it at first but it grew on me pretty quickly.

I saw that you were all as devastated on the first week singles as I was.. my jaw dropped when I saw the numbers and I almost wanted to cry. I was jamming to the album when I got it during the first week and put it on repeat for days.

I do quite frequently. I also love to search up and learn about all of these old members and old occurrences that are almost legendary here on ATRL.

I was so sad but i didn't lose my faith, also the performances were good. I remember the day of the 2007 VMA's that Ashlee decided to talk about the album and then her website changed the entry page with NEW ALBUM COMING NOV 2007 and everybody here put that pic on their avatars

yes! the other day i was actually looking through the "Good Girl Gone Bad leaked" thread

i died when i saw people saying rehab and SUAD would flop and that Breaking Dishes would definitely be a single
