I don't eat beef or pork, but I'll **** a chicken, fish, or turkey up! I respect vegan/vegetarian beliefs and at one point I actually was a vegetarian, but as a black person, I love chicken far too much. What I don't understand is how hypocritical it can be at times. If you want to really fight animal cruelty, just boycotting against clothing and food isn't the only thing you have to do. Many everyday products contain animal byproducts including glue, plastic bags, fireworks Katy Perry fans, fabric softener, toothpaste, and soap/shampoo. It's not just the skin, muscle, and meat of animals being used, but bones and fat as well.
First of all, we don't even know if that's faux material or not. And secondly, PETA is pathetic. They couldn't care less about the animals. All they care about is publicity.
Yes, it does bother me. Very much so. I think (long term goal) that we should figure out ways to house all animals. I'd be more than willing to help fund this, more than a group that lives to yell at celebrities for eating meat or wearing fur.
I don't agree in wearing fur, but eating meat is apart of life, come on seriously. The population of animals would be ridiculous if we were all vegetarians.
And yes I know what a ****ing biofuel is and many of them contain animal fats as well.
My bad, I was thinking of bio-ethanol only, you're right, some do use animal fats. But the majority use plants.
