Heavy Metal Lover would do fine. Some people underestimate it, but it really isn't that 'unusual' from any other song out right now. What makes the song risky is the fact that Gaga has never released something like it before. It'll pay off.
If Gaga can release You and I, I am sure Interscope/Gaga can get HML/Scheisse to the top 10 As long as they don't let it sit or give up on it...like they did Judas....

Of course Scheisse would rely on a lot of promo, but I mean, she's from Interscope not RCA/Jive; so, that's not a big deal.
I would say Scheisse's best bet would be at least top 10 (perhaps similarly to Alejandro).
Heavy Metal Lover is the "LoveGame" to BTW in my opinion. The song that did modestly (7 right?) but when we look back at it, we'll go, "that ought to have went #1 or something."
I don't think Interscope is going to give up on her singles anymore.
Also, GaGa's singles tend to be fueled by the single before it.
Judas was hyped sure, but wasn't liked. Then The Edge of Glory came out as a promo single, and was part of that hype, but was the better song (to radio). So they picked it up instead.
You and I is going to be a huge success, and she'll have a lot of momentum. By releasing Marry The Night, she'll only augment that momentum. Then she'll be in line to release Scheisse (imo). If she has a groundbreaking video, similarly to Bad Romance/You and I, I think she'll be fine. Then, (a 7 single era is fine to me). She could get as risky as possible and release HML, end with another modest hit (cause that way she's not ending the era with HUGE overexposure like she did with Paparazzi or Alejandro).
