I'm interesting in knowing.

85,000,000 records = 20,000,000 albums + 65,000,000 singles.
Not exactly sure how accurate those numbers are, but both Gaga and several television intros have states those numbers.

It's around this. She sold 55m singles over The Fame/Fame Monster campaign alone. 100m records soon!

She probably has a lot of those too. They are really popular in Asia.

This is quite interesting.
Since the TFM era (approx. 2 years), Gaga's TFM singles have sold approx. 10,000,000 copies in the US alone. Since the BTW era (approx. 8 months), Gaga's BTW singles (don't count Judas) have sold approx. 6,000,000 copies.
That doesn't seem like a decrease in popularity or sales to me...

This is more what I was looking for.
I was just concerned about the single sales for this era. Are these accurate?

That's why i don't understand the worries of monsters.
To me, the sales for BTW era is awesome.
People keep stating that TF and TFM has multi-platinum singles..
c'mon .. those are 2 years old songs. of course they gonna have bigger number.

She's still doing very well. She had the added bonus of "shiny new thing" syndrome with her first album's singles aswell. Her sales are still very good. All artists have an initial novelty factor that wears off. No one is going to touch the BTW ball next year...she's going to destroy all the other pop gorls grosses.

You need to keep in mind that Interscope didn't try to make Judas work...they abandoned it after it underperformed at radio and moved on straight away so of course it then bombed and it's finally total became low. TEOG has done well for a rushed single with a weak video. You and I is going to be a long running big seller I can feel it. She's taken some knocks this era...but she's still huge and has really broken into Japan and shortly India in a huge way this era. Her album sales are far above everyone else except Adele.

Exactly. I think what caused a lot of ruckus was the whole Judas thing. People are constantly bringing that up and forgetting the TEoG went on to become one of her biggest radio hits ever. These songs aren't your typical radio songs, and Gaga's has a disadvantage because she's, like, the only person not working with the same producers as everyone else. Her single sales are phenomenal.

I can't wait. I hope it helps with BTW sales as well, which I'm sure it will.

I guess Judas was my concern, but I didn't realize how close it was to platinum status, so it makes me feel better. I also forget about the TEOG video incident (who doesn't ) which affected the song, but even it's close to 2x platinum.
I just worry too much about her I guess.

I don't get why CKB and Man down both underperformed in the US and Cheers is doing really well. WTF? It's awful. I can't listen to it all the way through to be honest.
