So we're going to evaluate who are factors and who aren't.
Adele has amassed close to 10 million album sales in less than a year. She has the biggest single of the year with "Rolling In the Deep". "Someone Like You", which may not be as big as RITD, is well on its way to smash as well and is pretty much guaranteed to grace the top of the Billboard Hot 100. Her debut album, 19, continues to sale consistently. There's no denying Adele is on top of her game. She's proving that you don't have to be a size 2 poptart to slay the charts in this day and age. With a distinct and powerful voice, writing skills, and soul she's proving that talent is sometimes all it really takes; however, many have come to the conclusion that Adele is similar to the likes of Norah Jones and that after her big year she will fade into the background and won't be able to match her current era. So what do you think, is Adele that bitch or she a non-mother****in' factor and a fluke?

Adele- Factor, a BIG one... no pun intended Katy Perry- Half A Factor Beyonce-?
Part of me wants to say that she will have an lengthy career amassing platinum albums and sold-out tours, but with today's musical climate...I don't know. Successful artists come and go.
I actually think Adele is a factor and the scary thing is, is she's the youngest out of all the girls right now so she technically represents the next generation of music. The girls only 21 23. There's no telling what type of gems she'll have as she continues to mature.
