Britney's supposed to terminate the conservatorship to prove that she's capable of caring for herself?

I don't understand why people don't consider that Britney just might be satisfied with her life right now and doesn't want to further complicate things yet.

Like I said, until those in charge of her say she's of mental capacity to care for her and her children on her own, I will believe that those in charge no best. Clearly all involved think the conservatorship is still required at this time. I've said several times that my opinion lies with those who know what they're talking about, because they actually deal with Britney on a regular basis. Those of you have read a few interviews, heard a couple singles, and watched some appearances are in zero way qualified to know her mental state. It's completely biased in thinking she's ready to have the conservatorship end if her own guardian quite clearly does not yet agree.

And please tell me what the **** being a Rihanna stan has anything to do with this, other than a feeble grasping-at-straws attempt to win an argument.

My reasoning as to why she still requires the conservatorship is because those in charge of the ordeal still CLEARLY think she does. That is it. That's my ****ing why, and it was stated so several posts ago. I fail to see how even the simplest of minds, which at this point, I have to assume you possess, do not understand.

The opinions of you and the countless other mindless posters in here change my decision none.

I've seen more than 4 American women driving with their kids on their lap. Heaven forbid Britney Spears make mistakes like everyone else, because if she does, she's a mental case.

Britney seems happy and probably doesnt care about the conservatorship - she didnt even appear at the court hearings.

Britney is better now. Anyone, fans or non-fans, can tell you that she isn't the same girl from 2007.
She's grown up SO MUCH, maybe a bit too much. She's a wonderful mother and that's evident.
This should have ended in the start of 2011, but I'm glad it's coming to and end.

The conservatorship saved her life, saved her career and set her back on the right track. The conservatorship is more of a formality thing now than anything. Britney seems content with things as they are now and as I fan I support what makes her happy.

Though I hope no one ever has to go through what Britney has, if they did, I would hope they had the kind if support system she does. Jamie and Lynn came together to save their child. True fans rallied around the conservatorship because they knew it's what was in her best interest.

I wonder if Jordan/BH still believes Sam Lutfi was "better" for Britney than Jamie....

I agree that the conservatorship saved Britney. In fact, there were articles that Britney may join the 27 club (sadly, it was Amy ). But it's been 4 years now so they should let Britney take over. She is better now.
