It was pretty clear that Gaga's perfomance wasn't going to be in the style of the Govt. Hooker/HML commercial..

She's really dragging this era out, and let You and I have the attention it deserves in some way, but mostly needed. It would've been bad if it was overshadowed by a song that Gaga plans on releasing in the future.

Still really mysterious why the commercial was such a different feeling/image than her perfomance.
