I don't think I've ever been more offended by a poll.
Lets forget our FAVS for a second and just look at the PERFORMANCES.
vocally, artistically, entertaining-wise... who gives the better performance?
I would say its unfair to compare gaga to britneys current performances because shes allot older but madonna is allot older then BOTH of them and she can BUST HER ASS on the dancefloor and give a better performance then gaga+britney combined. So age is no excuse. Britney needs to up her performances because right now they are nowhere NEAR gaga's level.
How about at her peak whens he was pulling out those "amazing" dance routines y'all like to cite?
She sang live numerous times even then.

The operative word being WELL. Britney's toned down performance with her facial histrionics make for an amusing time, but not much else.

Disagree completely. She's pulled off quite a few performances where all she has done is sit down and sing. Televised and otherwise. Numerous performances of FTBOMBH, DLMBTLTK, INAGNYAW, Everytime, He About To Lose Me, Lucky, etc. so on and so forth. Britney is no stranger to that field.

Well, now we're just down to difference of opinion, because I've never seen an acoustic performance of Britney's that didn't contain junior high talent show vocals complete with hilariously overwrought emoting.

You sound so distraught. Rihanna is a great performer, and even if she's not performing, she's selling out shows at world famous venues and getting magnificent reviews; the public loves her. She could pretty much sashay her pretty little ass across a stage and talk into a mic for two hours and still get better reviews than a lot of other gurlz that try. She does it all effortlessly, so I can see why you're mad.
