I want the Sims 3 though. I only played 1 and 2, but I REALLY wanna play 3

On the Sims 3 they all look so shiny and unrealistic. The Sims 2 with expansion packs and downloaded extra features is the isshhh! Best game ever.

The Sims 2 Pets for console was cute though.

I have it for PC, and I got the Sims 3 app for my iPhone. I haven't played the phone one and I only tried the PC one once. I don't get it at all

I'm here for The Sims 2. I always go into phases where I'm obsessed with it. I have a family that I really like, but I stay using cheats with them all the time. I freeze their motives so they can work out & study and sent the daughter to university the DAY I was allowed to. I always have the husband flirt and sleep with the nannies. Also, I move random people walking down the sidewalk into 'cages' on the roof where they stink, piss, and eventually die.

My favorite thing to do is break something, have a repairman come, take away his repair skill points, and let him get electrocuted to death. Although sometimes they just get black and burnt and walk around my house for ages.

Too bad I didn't read this right before I hit the "purchase" button. I just ordered the Sims 3

Yess, moving them into empty lots, using money cheats, and then moving them into a huge amazing house

Sims 3 is really slow for me, my sim will just freeze in its tracks and time would fly by. I once had a "party" in a hallway with everyone just standing around.

My game does that too. But they tend to "stand around" when they are running late for their carpool to work.

Seriously! You have a whole ****ing hour of your carpool car honking and you can't drag your ass outside? No, you gotta stand there like a fool doing NOTHING until the last minute. Then I get that popup telling me he left in a bad mood. Well, of course you did.

OMG that happened to me on the sims 2. The car pool arrives, but I'm usually in the shower or something, and a full damn hour of the honking of the car, and when I tell him to go to work, he usually looks around for a good 20 seconds, and right when he's about to enter the car, it pulls off and I'm fired. Well **** you too Sims

Speaking of, I freaking hate the phone. I never see it ring in time, and when I do tell my sim to answer it, they usually wait for ****ing ever to walk over to get it. Are these sims slow or something?

I still haven't played the sims 3. The sim people look strange in that game. My fave will always be the sims 2. Number 1 is still amazing for it times. 3 looks meh

The children are even worse. They either go to school starving or stinking because they never have time to take care of both since they take so long to get out the freaking bed.

OMG THIS. I hate it when they take forever to answer the phone. And I hate when you want a job promotion, but you need friends. I usually make up a random family and get them to be friends with each other. But it takes a while to keep the friendship up because you gotta invite them over your house, etc.
