Uh, they released the Super Bass video a month after the single came out, which is the best way to release a video. Generally speaking, it's best to release a single then wait a few weeks for it to start to catch on before you release the video as the final jab for the big peak. Releasing a music video when the single is released or a bit before hurts as you're basically playing all your cards right away.
