Well I actually believe the fell into a rock story because I was once running around my kindergarten class and tripped and knocked into the edge of a table and cut my self. Not the same thing but it shows that when you're so young and full of energy you can be clumsy and injure yourself.
A couple bruises is nowhere near conclusive evidence to scream abuse, and it's pretty reckless and gross to suggest otherwise. It's just exploiting serious issues to salaciously feed into stan wars.
