I think digital downloads will be here for a while. A lot of people are still to be introduced to the iTunes stores. Not just the older generation but even kids who use iPods only use iTunes as a library. And then not just the iTunes store but Amazon and other to be released Music Libraries.
I also think mobile (ringtones) sales will be non-existing in some years. Mainly because you can put music from your computer onto your phones. You can also use GarageBand and Windows MovieMaker to cut songs and put them directly onto your phones.

That's actually pretty cool. But I don't think just as many people would use it compared to something like iTunes. Since with iTunes it's hassle free. As in you can just buy an iTunes card and use it whenever. I also think that most people only buy a few iTunes cards a year. As in they only want to pay for what they want to buy.
