With only a week left, we were wondering if MTV had dropped the ball on getting a good host for the VMAs this year.
No announcements had been made, and it's getting pretty late in the game. Most people have been thinking they just weren't having a host.
Thankfully, there will be a host, they're just still figuring out who that special person will be.
During an interview, the show's producer revealed:
It's going down to the wire. Hosting is such a unique element. We feel we got it right by putting new talent on the stage like Chelsea Handler and Russell Brand. We're really challenging ourselves to find the right person so that the show feels complete.
We hope you find someone good! We're dying in suspense!
As long as it's not Russell Brand's lame ass, but I could see this happening since they decided to kiss his wife's ass this year.
All of these flop ass comedians and their stale ass jokes... I'm not here for it. They're already struggling to get my viewership. Get it together MTV.
I think I would like Chelsea Handler, Tina Fey, Kathy Griffin, or maybe even Ellen. I know none of those aren't happening though.
