The scar shouldn't potrude like that, it should be a mark on the skin rather than something resembling a cut like it is.

Heidi montag ha a scar there to from surgery. But ri definitely doesn't have this since a child we would of know about it. It's definitely just sweating and makeup.

that's not even how they do chin reductions. they go in the area from inside the mouth, they make an incision behind your bottom lip
