Tinypic. It allows you to upload your gif and the maximum size is 5MB. If your gif is bigger than that, use www.xmages.net their maximum is 10MB and they don't expire or something like that like Flopbucket.

Not to mention the Tinypic links are small and usable and aren't abrupt and large like others.
