People here are saying that because her first 2 albums have under-performed, she should give up.
Firstly, that is just a
bad attitude to have. You shouldn't just give up when things are tough. And it's not like she's not had success...two top 40 hits in the US, and two top 10s in the UK!
Anyway, look at BEP...their first two albums flopped, and now look at them....
Also, it's not all about sales. The point of making music should be to make music, not because you want to be famous.
I dont really care that No Gravity didn't sell well...it's a great album, and that's all that matters to me. Sure I would have loved it to have gone multi-platinum and swept the award shows, but I stan for quality, not chart position. Just because a song does well, doesn't mean it is good music; and similarly, just because a song flops, doesn't mean it's not good!
