I just thought about how in the Rate the Voice thread, there were people who thought that Rihanna had the better voice than Beyoncé. You'd think this topic would be one that everyone agrees on, but clearly, by the poll results, it's not.

But I can't at you and the above tainting the poll results with your false votes.

Of course BEyoncé is a better vocalist, however, Rihanna is better overall imo.

Beyonce of course has a wider range than rihanna and know's how to use her voice better than rihanna, but there are some songs rihanna has recorded with her voice that are distinctive and have her stamp on them. I think if beyonce tried to sing them, it probably wouldnt work. That being said, rihanna may not be a powerhouse, but she has a unique tone that she adds to her songs that makes them virtually untouchable to cover because it would be awkward. That to me, is kinda impressive.

It's not completely subjective that someone's better than someone vocally. It's also based largely on facts. The only thing that Rihanna may have going for her against Beyonce is her tone, but that's down to opinion. Beyonce has wider range, is more consistant, has better technique...Etc I do like Rihanna's voice but...
