Her humility among other things is what draws me in. I also love how hands on she is, and I'm not talking about music. When something is wrong she'll be the first to try to fix it. She doesn't abandoned things right then and there. Instead she sees the potential for the disruption to be fixed. Humility and perseverance are what I like about her as a person.
