Justin Bieber's Texas street honour has been shortlived - a thief has stolen the road sign, two days after it was unveiled.

Caroline Gonzalez, an 11-year-old fan of the Baby hitmaker, won a contest to be appointed "mayor for a day" in the city of Forney and her first executive decision was to pay tribute to her pop idol, renaming Main Street to Justin Bieber Way on Tuesday.

I'll bet all the people who live on that street did it together as a sign of protest for having to say they live on Justin Bieber Way for the rest of their lives. And I'll even bet next target would be the idiot who not only invented that stupid contest but also let 11 year olds beliebers be eligible to participate.

I used to live on Main St. It was back in my tiny-ass farm town of a college town, where there was a strip of businesses for about 3 blocks, then the rest was all residential.
