I feel like Kanye and Jay should be higher than Lil Wayne and Drake. But considering how the hip-hop scene has been in the last few years, I don't think you can argue with that top 5.

I personally don't agree with Em being "the best rapper". Just because he can sell millions and millions of albums doesn't mean his verses and bars are the best.
I must say YMCMB has had alot of impact on the hip-hop world being that 3 of them are in the top 10 too.

I never was into Rap, but Eminem made me break my boundaries and preferences in early 00s. Rap is now one of my most favorite genres.
