Nicest Rih stan: Majority of the Navy are nice, but I would have to say KoreanDream. We get along quite well and KD is my favourite Navy member. Special mentions are HarrySapphire and GaGaFan, both are really nice (to me).
Meanest Rih stan: Well... the meanest ones I know of, I don't even know if they are Navy anymore. So no comment.
