I think its ok not to be attracted to either feminine or masculine guys but there is some gays that are obsessed with hating on fems and the worst thing is i have seen some that are fem but hate fems

But the way they act is the way they act, you can't force them to change it. It is what it is...

Some of them act that way on purpose and you ****ing know it.

Lemme put it this way:

I'm openly gay, and totally pro gay rights. I think feminine gays have all the right in the world to be who they are.

HOWEVER, my personality type just doesn't mash up with most feminine gays. I think they have 100% freedom to do whatever they want, and I have the freedom to not be BFFs with them.

Even if we're not friends, mad respect to anyone who is up to being who they are.

And they like it, just like we stan for our fave's.

I prefer not to associate myself with them because, from personal experience (I know this doesn't apply to everybody) they can be annoying and I just don't really like them (the fem gays that I know). I would NEVER date a fem man either. I have no problem with them, I just don't really like to hang with them I guess.

If you talk with a lisp and are loud and talk about nothing but your sexuality, then I find you annoying. It has nothing to do with you being gay, or you being feminine. I just find you annoying. Same way I find "bros" annoying, who always say "yo" and "chill" and "bro" and talk about "doing chicks." That's annoying too.

Ignoring that thread, it actually is an issue, one that gets brought up here a lot actually.

People do believe a non-stereotypical gay person is better than one who fits stereotypes. They throw the same why not just be with a girl line, and all that jazz. In the community people think flamboyant gay men make them look bad.

OP - I really hate those female guys who act like WOMEN. Please... open ur eyes, U're a BOY. Not a GIRL. And what I like is... BOYS.
1st response - Because some men want to be women.
2nd - HATE with a passion.
and than the third about hating their voice. It wasn't a poll on attraction. Just people bashing them.

I dont really understand those people that say that lol, i mean when u dont feel attracted to someone u just ignore but if u hate them just for behaving fem then something is going on that head.

I do not like obnoxious people regardless of whether they're gay or not. I like feminine guys, but not if they're over-the-top and obnoxious about it.

And a lot of gays are overly masculine on purpose.

On to other things... I don't hate feminine gays at all. I have two good friends who are very feminine and flamboyant. They're two of the best people I know. They don't take **** from anyone and can throw down like masculine men. They'll **** somebody up. I look up to them because they're so confident.

He's not real, but Emmet Honeycut from QAF showed me that flamboyant gays are very strong people. Just because they may seem "girly" or whatever, it doesn't make them less of a person.

Let's tackle this ugly "straight-acting" phrase real quick. What the **** is that? How does a straight man act and what ties does that behavior have to masculinity? The last time I checked, not everyone in a group of people act and think the same. I've seen straight men who are very feminine and gay men who are very masculine, and not for show, they were genuinely masculine.

It bugs me when I see that phrase thrown around, because you shouldn't automatically associate being straight with masculinity.

Straight-acting is certainly the wrong term, he should have just said masculine. It pisses me off when feminine guys say that too.
