I work full time. I wake up at 6am and usually am in bed by 10pm. You need 8 full hours of sleep or you will have problems with weight, acne, illnesses and such. Girls - it means early wrinkles for you!
During the summer or off days, I'm up at 7 or 8am. I can't help it, I'm a morning person. Then I sleep about 11-12. Coming back from Japan, the sleeping pattern was awful. I was falling dead asleep at 11am and was WIDE AWAKE with no ounce of fatigue around 11-12. Once, I stayed up from 2am all the way through 6am and it was awful. I hate sleeping throughout the day.
On summer vacation, I'm up to 6-10AM. and sleep till 3-6PM.
On schoolnights I go to bed at 11PM, but I'm on my phone untill like.. 1-2AM, then wake up at 6:30 to drive to school.
I finished school officially in December. My college usually has two graduations - one in the Fall for Fall graduates and one in the Spring for Spring graduates. There weren't a lot of Fall graduates and in our city we have to have a certain amount of graduates in the fall to have a fall ceremony. So, I officially completed my courses in December and they gave all of us a certificate saying that we completed our requirements. We had to wait til May to walk across the stage and get our degrees, basically.
Lately, I've had work to do and usually go to bed at 1:30am and wake up at around 6:30am. I've been getting more headaches because of it I just need to get back into the groove
Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and realize I'm awake but I can't move or do anything. I always try to breathe as loud as I can so I fully wake up. I HATE THAT.
This happens to me too. I read on it and basically your mind is awake but you can't move. And you just THINK you can't breathe. It has something to do with gravity and pressure. This scared me so much when it first started happening
