most of the people on here are between 14-21... during this age psychologically they're prone to try and "identify" and be "cool" and naivety is above par.

I'm 23 and I honestly don't give a **** about what anyone has to say about me on this online forum. I think everyone should be that way. I'm older than most of you and I really don't need anyone to cosign me or my opinion, but at the end of the day it shouldn't matter what age you are. Everyone should just be themselves instead of trying to be carbon copies of each other. That's why it's so ignorant for many of you to generalize stanbases when they are made up of many different individuals.

Also, a lot of people on here are scrutinized for having a difference of opinion. Respect each others because at the end of the day we're not going to agree on everything. That might have something to do with people following trends. Damn.

When I first joined this forum I wasn't too sure if I wanted to stay around because of some of the things I observed, mainly the thing this thread is about.

I do my own thing, I promise!

At the same token, there's a lot of "leaders" and outgoing/outspoken members who are probably introverts in their real life. The trolls, those who are constantly slamming each other in NHB, etc...they probably have major self-esteem issues if they're trying to exert some type of "I'm the cool kid because I bully others on the net" thing.
I don't mean to be snide; it's just the way it is here.

As for the sheep, I don't know. I tend to be the non-caring type over the internet and think that if they're followers, then who cares as long as it doesn't affect me.

Have you noticed how everytime somebody comes up with a brand new idea, somebody else has to make a cheap imitation right away?

Examples:

-Rate The <insert thing>

-Songs you like from artists you hate
-Songs you hate from artists you like

-The Spanish thread
-The <insert language> thread.

and so on...

Well the rate idea has been for ages in all internet forums but i agree.
