I really dunno how to feel about this business meeting with Luke. Hope it's just for something like a Jessie J collab. I don't want an EP, it would probably end up as a Cannibal-sized flop, not to talk about its quality, recorded in the middle of her tour.The fact that Katy doesnt like re-releases makes me feel bad about this thing. I sure she's not happy with the current situation (LFN remix, re-relase). Call me a drama queen but Hope the guy Sammi is in contact with can provide some information what is happening.

I agree. I'm hoping something else comes out of this and not rerelease... as she said in an interview she needs to take a break and live a little. Also I don't need the pressed souls to throw the EP sales in our face if it doesn't do well. She needs to take a break... but I'd love for her to be a feature on someone elses song. That hasn't happened in a while

In the GMA interview interviewer said that there will be some cool future projects before she hits the studio again to record the pop-folk album. I'm hoping for some featurings as well.

I want her to hold on her own in the next era, no collabs, let alone the Jessie J collab... If she's going to collaborate with someone, it should be with a huge star like Ri. Katy is just too huge to help out a flop save her career. And please, not another album producded almost in its entirety by Dr. Luke. His work is more and more generic, sort of David Guetta. And not a re-release. I'm ok if she (or Capitol) does it à la The Fame Monster, releasing a separate EP with at least 8 new tracks. But we know that won't happen as Capitol is here for the fast and easy money.

I don't think she will be recording a pop-folk album next time she hits the studio. I read that she said she's not done "dancing it out yet" so I'm thinking this one is going to be more pop/hiphop..

actually that dacing out interview is bit older than the GMA. But yeah these interviews just show that shes really unsure about her next project: wheter she should a pop record or an accoustic one.

Im not here for a re-release, it wont help that much and I prefer better an EP! But I want a 6th single, and a collab with Jessie J in the future! And I wish Dr.Luke wont produce her next album! 2-3 tracks produced by him for the next album, it would be good!

I hope she does another pop, and then an acoustic. She needs to build her fanbase even more and if she releases a more mature pop album and it does well then people will take her seriously once and for all. & then she can give us an acoustic record like 6-12 months later

I hope you're right I dont want a re-relase. But if Capitol really wants to cash in, a Deluxe with 3 tracks would be okay for me.
