They were all really bad in my opinion. Selena sounded the best though.

I used to defend her here when she was first starting out, but there is no excuse now. She's on her third album and she still hasn't improved. She just can't sing. I can't believe people have the audacity to say her performance was even in the same league of entertainment as Jason's performance. It was TERRIBLE in all aspects. The vocals and stage presence were embarrassing. The fact that people think that her performance was acceptable makes me think there are just no standards in pop music anymore. That bitch would not have even been allowed on the stage in the days of Britney, Nsync, Christina etc. And that is the TRUE tea.

Are you actually delusional enough to think her success has anything to do with musical or performing talent? Her success in music results from a combination of Disney promo, pre-adolescent children, and the lowered standards of the general public.

It's sad to see people defending artists who are contributing to the degradation of pop music. If we don't start demanding more from our entertainers, the quality is only going to get worse and worse. And I'm sorry, but Selena is one of the worst in the industry. She should stick to acting, modeling, etc. where she actually has talent.

Nonono I myself know that Selena ain't that great of a singer. Compared to her earlier performances, this is a huge step up. By the way if you did see her concert videos you'd see a HUGE difference between her performing for a crowd at a concert and her performing on a televised show. She sings far way better than that. I get it you're pressed but not everybody has the same taste in talent. Selena has a nice voice especially compared to others and to does who just drown their voices in auto-tune. And the thing about defending some artist, everybody has their own opinion on artist right? Why should I just stan for people YOU think have talent? In my opinion this girl has talent, if you don't agree with me then whatever. And if you think she sings so badly, why even bother go to a thread where you obivously know she's involved in and start hating on her? It doesn't make sense at all cause you don't see me going to your faves thread and start hating on that person for no reason whatsoever. Point is, I know, from viewing concert videos and hearing her, that she has talent.
