I don't think so. Amazon bought rights to sell BTW, and once they bought it they could turn around and sell it for however much they want.

I wonder where her sudden need for urban artists on her records came from?
Snoop Dogg, Kanye West, + now Missy Elliott..... I just don't get it. She didn't need that with her first record.
"Teenage Dream" and "Firework" are her only completely solo hits this era.
Not to mention the cameos in "Last Friday Night."

So true. I never even thought of it that way.

The rules were changed after J.Lo abused the remix.
Shall the rules be changed again for the latest remix abuse?

I'm here for good, quality remixes.
I'm not here for rushed, barely mastered **** like the S&M remix.

There's a huge difference. I really wish artists recorded remixes like J. Lo used to.
In my opinion, she revolutionized the remix with "I'm Real" and "Ain't It Funny."
However, the difference is that both songs were completely reinvented.
This idea should be adopted again instead of the delay remix game.

I mean yeah, they obviously made some sort of compromise which benefited both parties, but to say Amazon sold BTW at that price without anyone's consent or knowledge, at least, is somewhat baffling.

My thoughts exactly. The S&M remix sounded like Britney recorded her verse while she cut onions, making dinner for Sean and Jayden.

Regardless, it doesn't detract from the fact that it HAPPENED and Billboard accepted.

Why the hell would she STOP someone for giving her album for 99 cents when she bought several dozen copies and gave them to people that couldn't afford them? LAWL.

Quality remixes haven't been around for a while now. Don't get me wrong, I did like TTWE's remix, but next to J.Lo's remix era, it was ****.
I miss the time when a remix meant an all new beat with a feature.

Preach it boo. Those were REAL remixes.

Even the Destiny's Child 'Bootylicious' remix was a complete re-do. I want THOSE back....not this hop on a track and lets peak higher.

So the **** what? "California Gurls" and "E.T." were both better for it. And now Katy Perry is laughing all the way to the bank...
