I was born in 1987 and that's why I'm gonna talk about 1990 until 2010. The best ones from a female artist or group are from 1991, 1993, 1996, 1997 and 2008. And the best ones from a male artist are from 1994, 1999, 2000, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2007.
