Why do people think that You And I is a country song? I always thought it was just a rock song, I really don't see where the country comes from.
Me neither. It sounds like a 70s rock ballad to me. I guess people say this because it's produced by Mutt Lang, Shania Twain's ex-husband and collaborator.
Will this really smash? It's a good song, but it's back down to #90 after high profile performances.
It appears that the dance-pop craze is really dying down and the sentimental stuff is gaining momentum, but I don't know how this song will do
