I actually really liked this. I think it says a lot about her. She certainly isn't bashing anyone or saying any way of doing things is right, but she's emphasizing how she likes her situation which includes not only being the world's most well-known pop star but also a personality associated with the preservation of the unusual.
I don't think she's concerned with wearing herself out. I mean, sure, we are, but is it really that bad of a thing? This is clearly the moment she's wanted beyond anything else all of her life. In a sense, we saw her abandon everything that wasn't passionately involved with pop culture in Stefani Germanotta and emerge as Gaga. Sure, she wants to be a legend and an icon, but she also wants to live in this moment and enjoy her time as the greatest pop culture powerhouse that's been seen in decades.
If she wants it, let her do it until she burns herself out. Hopefully, she doesn't kill herself doing it, but again, I'm not sure she would mind. If she does exhaust herself, she could always take a break then and come back after a rest. A big part of her role as Lady Gaga seems to be a greater-than-life sense of immortality; she frequently tries to dehumanize herself (won't drink water on stage, doesn't like people to know if she's dating, doesn't like people to see her personal life) and maybe it's for the best or at least interesting that we have a Lady Gaga in the world: contrived or not, she's a magnificent creation that certainly injected new life and interest into fashion, pop music, technology and the idea of "the pop star."
