Nice try. I'll take a pass on the opportunity to bring up Christina's extremely overrated vocals and simply say that Cheryl, like Britney, made the mistake of miming once or twice in order to perform extensive choreography. Now she's paying for it with all this "SHE CAN'T SING" bogus.

I know people want a Britney & Christina collaboration, but I actually think this would be better. Cheryl is basically the UK's answer to Britney and lately Brit lacks the performance ability she once had. Cheryl, however, commands the stage every time she graces it. I think Chezz could bring the spirit and energy that Britney once could have while Christina delivers the, erm, vocals. This might actually be a cool little match-up. Especially if they manage something like Keeps Getting Better, which I actually thought was great and shamefully ignored by mainstream radio.

You might not like Christina's voice and the way she (over)sings, I get that. But as much as I've always liked Girls Aloud and Cheryl, I'm sorry to say that her voice is very thin. Especially next to Christina's. I'm not saying Cheryl can't sing, but I don't think their voices would blend very well together.

If they released something like Keeps Getting Better, Promise This, Genie in a Bottle, or even the first half of Bionic, it wouldn't matter whether or not Cheryl could keep up with Christina vocally. Their collaboration could actually yield a mainstream dance hit that might launch Christina back into the game and give Cheryl US exposure.

Neither does Xtina. If they do collaborate Xtina will most likely hold back like she did with most of the songs she did for Bionic.
